It will definitely be good (for both the mall and PH) news if the mall is successful. One City nearby is not so successful, even with NSK as one of the main tenant. Maybe Serasi itself will be a source of success for PH. When fully occupied Serasi is expected to have between 4000 - 5000 residents. Already a small township.

If most of it are occupied, it’s indeed a sustainable township with the existing residents from the landed development.

3 more service aomt in ph sentral to be launched, so more ppl moving to ph, but more traffic as well

Different names. Ph sentral will be like mk, packed with condos.

I heard the serasi shoplots not open for sale yet, sdp waiting for d right moment to strike, maybe when serasi is abt to be completed. Ph shoplots always in good demand

ZUS, Watson, Big Pharmacy, Tea Life all only started coming in early this year or late last year

The back row of shoplots still very .....sigh

The few shoplots in Putra Residence got open for business...?

Boss, i am talking about new shoplots la, for example d 1 next to harmoni, very fast ppl sapu liao from sdp. Hearsay many ppl asked abt d 1 in serasi

Siu dai toilets cleaner only, study until SRP only.

"always" means sentiasa, so I thought you mean sentiasa byk permintaan....mah
I learn some england from listening to Bon Jovi song Always....while cleaning wc... maybe belajar silap...πŸ™

And why refer to Harmoni apts, atas sikit refer to TG ....mah
Jibby and Starbucks open there manatau always got demand for Putra Residence shoplots, maybe Coffee bean or KFC might open there...πŸ‘

Nt so high i think, serasi about 450-550psft, nxt launch in ph sentral maybe around 600psft? Cheaper than sjcc n sj7🫠
