The monthly payment for the loan is a bit too high for me and I couldn't really afford it, Serasi is lesser by around half. Both place has pros and cons I guess, Hype area is more happening while Serasi is more peaceful I think. I would prefer Hype as it closer to where I'm staying now and the people I know and I'm also more familiar with the area but oh well.

Yeah, serasi much more peaceful n more worth for $$$. Anyway serasi nt far from usj so should be good for you. Hype so near petrol stn so kinda high risk😳

With the influx of vehicles using PH to bypass an additional toll and more high density high rise development. Definitely PH current road can't cope with increase of vehicle. During peak hours traffic is bad and foresee it will get worst.

I also miss those days PH peaceful and less vehicles.

Any plan for SimeDarby or MBSJ to build additional road system near the PH mosque which can connect straight to Kingsley Hill traffic light?

we have seen more traffics in PH after pkp. then when selangorku harmoni was opened... bam! 1700 units, sure half of it got cars, that is almost 850 extra cars on the road.

cant imagine when other projects completed. wont expect these ppl to use lrt all the time eh?

That side got park not enough land to build road from mosque to KH. Use alternative way via persiaran petaling to exit/enter ph, less cars

🤣well u nvr know, there could be disciplined fellas relying on monthly rm50 mytravel to travel for leisure n work to keep cost low.

Anyway, lrt is a good alternative option if something happened that you cant drive short/long term

LRT PH station on weekdays parkings will be full before 7 to 7.30am

until the open area in front of the kedai mamak also full

add some more those residents staying here will drive to lrt station lagi packed

walking not so near

wont recommend for office workers wearing formal to walk

usually is drive n park there or somebody from the family drop them off at the station

400 to 500 meters will at most take 5 to 10 minutes walk. Going to and from the lrt station will be good exercise. Keeps you healthy.

1 way, 750m about 985 steps, plus minus 5% margin of error.
2 way, 1.5km about 1970 steps

I think more important is the walkway and connection bridge to the LRT station. Think this was mentioned previously, the likely spot for the connection bridge is from the land next to the masjid across Persiaran Putra Indah directly into the station itself. This bridge across the road is critical as without it, Putra Sentral is cut off by Persiaran Putra Indah and Perdana.

Let's see will sdp do this....
