The structure of the tyre comprising steel radial plies and nylon/canvass belts is intact and performing as designed.
Heck, the tyre structure is not even 'punished' with a minor or major impactful collision .
Tyre manufacturers do NOT recommend tyre replacement base on collision or impact, why would a cosmetic kacang putih abrasion on OP's tyre sacrificial (rubber) layers justify a tyre replacement????
It doesn't even justify minor or major 'repair' or 'touch up'.
Hence, what we have here is purely fear mongering without technical and structural basis.
Note: Are punctured tyres (with structural steel plies and belts being punched through by iron nails and screws) being typically recommended for tyre replacement???
Yes. If TS change new tires and ditch the old tires, mostly they are going to sell his previous tires as 2nd hand and earn extra money.. Heck, the tyre structure is not even 'punished' with a minor or major impactful collision .

For me the condition is still acceptable for everyday use.
