check side wall manufacturing date
I assume your car is new car year 2020
then you can file a claim with manufacturer.

but if your car is old car, then better change the tire immediately.

It is safe for continuing use as the tread depth is no where near tyre wear indicator depth of 1.6 mm .

Both front tyres, or same tyre on one side?

I think your tyre(s?) have quite bad wheel alignment angles causing the outer edge wear and uneven wear.

Mind sharing the alignment print out, if you had done one? Otherwise recommend to check (and adjust) alignment.

OMG, tire hardened like this, breaking into pieces still can use?
dont endanger yourself or others, and dont kedekut on safety

totally not worth it!!!!!!!

the hardened tire cannot even grip the road properly on dry, dont talk about wet surface.
imagine when you apply emergency brake and the tire treads break, what is giving you grip?
