The usbC is a nice upgrade but not to all, especially many uses iCloud for backups these days…for me though it’s good once they upgrade AirPods Pro to usbC I can then completely pack the lightning cable away and focus on just usbC cable across all devices

last year the 14’s were launched on the 23rd sep, this year should be around the same…

the dynamic island will likely to stay for 2-3 cycles before they revamp it again..I think even the 16’s will share the same notch

Haha yea, but very much expected minimal upgrade..even from 13 pro to 14 is minimal but at least we got a ‘new’ notch…this time around not much…titanium is nice but with a case on it doesn’t matter..the 19g diff won’t be much too lol…still contemplating if I should upgrade…my contract is due for renewal though..

yeap this year's event is boring.... expected the iphone to have minimal upgrades, but was hoping for more on the watch ultra 2.. mana tau UW2 is worse..just new band colours and 3000 nits brightness (which is unnecessary) and uses carbon means drop in quality..but I bet many UW1 users are happy, save their wallet..

are the 3 rear lenses bigger than the 14 pro max?

From switch you get back membership points which can be used for next purchase about rm60+ iirc…also you get an extended year of protection plan from switch for only rm49 add on..

its really good quality case, wouldnt turn yellowish even after 6+ months of usage... the bottom is not fully covered though, personally wouldn't recommend this casing.

it depends on your usage, like for me I hardly (or never) actually use the zoom feature on my iphone to-date.. so it is not a game changer to me..

Nice..scratches will not be as obvious on the titanium I guess…but with a case on doesn’t really matter anyways..

If paying rm40-50/ month and get sufficient or probably better (no need add on for roaming/5G), coming from 128/139 that’s a huge saving..almost 1/3… x 24 months wouldn’t that save more than what they subsidize us from getting 24months normal contract?

rough math, 139-50=89 x24 months = save rm2136…while committing a 24 months contract normally get 1.3-1.4K subsidy and being tied for 24 months..

yeap I didn't know there is such thing as hotlink postpaid, always thought hotlink is prepaid.. why would they even have postpaid hotlink and the regular postpaid lol... but it really save alot in the long run.. I've been using the postpaid 128 + 24months contract for ages.. good to have more options now... will drop by their walk in centres to enquire further..

btw mkbhd just uploaded this, enjoy.. titanium blue looks good to me..more than the natural titanium.. but kinda bored with pacific blue..sierra blue..deep purple....natural titanium is something new, and matches the watch ultra..

wahh so many declining posts suddenly.... many holding back for 16's?

i guess its quite a minimal upgrade, even rear lenses are the same size..so front and back is exactly the same.. only difference is the material/side which is not seen with a casing on. and the action button..

haha yeap it has been minimal over the last few years, but this year even more minimal.. i mean at least every year the rear camera lenses still bumps up bigger.. last year with a new dynamic island, previous has 120hz and etc..
