To be fair, JB people still go to FC on weekends or public holiday.

There is a cheap water park for families.

You can also buy tax free alcohol there, no need to go to Langkawi.

But Forest City is fake, plastic plants and weeds. Looks nice from far but totally fake.

maybe not premium lah. but day time ramai coz office. got malls with cinema some more.mcd drive thru always panjang.

no lockdown which means more local and international student will come back staying here.

hospital cyberjaya will attract more.

and luckily my apartment got ppl rent.

and once mega project don't get occupied, it will be come un-maintained

many buyers wont pay maintenance, so JMC have limited fund

If my friend still happily staying in cyberjaya without considering moving / buying another property elsewhere after nearly a decade, I think it's doing fine.

Maybe failed as try to shape into silicon valley but there still ppl staying there.

there was uproar when China suddenly announce capital control. Forest City buyers from China were caught flatfooted; they already paid huge deposits that cannot be withdrawn back then.
