Cyberjaya yet to fail la, so many new townships being planned and IOI mall nearby. Still developing and with potentials.

Both could have been successful but ruined by the shortsighted PM at that time.

FC hands down..have u been to FC? Practically a ghost town..see mudah list airbnb list so many units offered cheap cheap..also nobody want. Single developer. No other development around it. No office and business nearby..In the middle of nowhere..basically i don't see any +ve factor to attract people to FC..how to sustain

At least cyber got many different developers, got many offices, businesses, students , within KV enclave, good infras and road connection
