this make less people wana move in, those moved in also moving out.

imaging 1000 units, only 100 people stay- still can than to maintain 2 blocks

but there got 10,000 units ? with less than 500 units occupied?
wont be any people wanna come in,
also some those are here, under rental will move out also.


those from mainland china which bought- are filthy rich and won't bother and cant do much as well
those in Malaysia which make the purchase, will cry every night.

anyway- what is the business model? mainland people here come as vacation home?
else - we got so much demand for high rise here
