Forest City so far away from anything. Rent so cheap also people don't wanna live in ghost town.

To be fair, JB people still go to FC on weekends or public holiday.
There is a cheap water park for families. You can also buy tax free alcohol there, no need to go to Langkawi. But Forest City is fake, plastic plants and weeds. Looks nice from far but totally fake. |
