mind to share any info on dcmoto arm-type DSPS 222AT. i'm changing my gate and surveying on autogate system. any advantages/disadvantages using arm type VS new rotary type dc905. which one more reliable in term of cost, maintanance and long term usage..

Hi, kianwee. Can help explain what you mean by no place to install the DC Moto gate? Izit because your gate width area is too short?

If my gate width is about 141inches (11 feet+), izit enough to install DC Moto 905? Or do I have to use other type of autogate motor? How wide must the gate area be (minimum distance between the tiang) to install the DC Moto 905? Not sure whether after installing the swing-type autogate motors, can still drive in 2 cars to park... at the moment with normal gate can go in 2 cars. Can anyone help advice? Thanks in advance!

GFM925 is the latest model with wireless keypad which can be fixed any place inside the house. It is about the same price as the older model GFM905. See their website for more details. www.dcmoto.my

Normally, sliding steel gate with motor and installation around how much? For 18ft entrance.

What items are included in DCMoto GFM925W-HR, their website did not list. I only know the Infrared Safety Device is optional.

Today met up with one of the installers from DC Moto. I like their system and it comes with a 2 year guarantee. Only thing I am a little worried about is that the open and close switch is a wireless unit. (not the remote control). My house already has the auto gate point and switche from developer. Is this wireless switch a good or bad option.

hows the after sales service for dcmoto?

They claimed good back up service but not sure if tru or not. Before teh sale everything can but after........? Anyone ever used their after sale service?

However i like the sales guy they sent he knew what he was talikngabout and did not pressure me to buy

For all the brands that the forums has suggested, what happen when there is no electricity? Can still open/close the gate? Any manual override function?
