Today met up with one of the installers from DC Moto. I like their system and it comes with a 2 year guarantee. Only thing I am a little worried about is that the open and close switch is a wireless unit. (not the remote control). My house already has the auto gate point and switche from developer. Is this wireless switch a good or bad option.

QUOTE(kh8668 @ Oct 30 2012, 10:04 PM) i thought this is standard. wireless unit is used when you're coming back from outside, no? the a/g point and switch apply in the house. Exactly what i though but the switch which is supposed to be wired and the remote wireless like normal. But with DC Moto the indoor unit is also wireless. So not sure if good or bad. Otherwise I like it.

QUOTE(pg84 @ Dec 12 2012, 07:38 AM) I see those dcmoto mounted at gate pillar does not have the lock pin to ground. Issit easy to push open the gate ? I'm thinking of installing this or those buried on the ground one. I tried and it held its ground. Installation was done in 2 hours. No complaints and you have choice of opening only left gate or right gate as well as both gates. Also got battery if there is no power The one with a lock pin you can only open the gate on one side Right?

QUOTE(jasrisamad @ Sep 6 2013, 12:23 PM) Yes bro, that is exactly one of the thing that im asking. My Autogate guy Jason (recomended by DC Moto) comes from Kajang. Did a great job with my gate in Denai Alam, Shah Alam. So far 6 months already no problem. In my dad house in Bukit Subang there was a problem with a Ranger autogate (which was not installed bu Jason) I asked him to check it out. He came the very next day and got if fixed. I cannot remember how much it was but it was not too expensive. I think it does not matter where the installer is from but more his business ethics. Crow

I have been using DC Moto (GFM925) for more than a year now touch wood no problems rain or shine. My installer also very efficient. He came and helped my dad out with my dad's Ranger autogate which had problems. i think his price was slightly higher but they way he responded to my fathers gate i think i will have no issues with his service.
