They won't allow 1 day collection.. Need to wait for 3 days

If you do on the 1st

Then 2 3 4 are the 3 days

Lolz just got it done for my kids an hour ago.

Before 6am already q up, 8am start distribute numbers and lucky to get the last number...the uncle behind was quite pissed tho...

From my understanding, those senior and children all need walk in. Others can make do online I think.

Previously the system much better, make online appointment to which office with time slot.

Is fingerprint prob need to fix first then again appointment to collect?

can try utc keramat. went there sunday 8.30am collected 2.30pm. my number was 70+, when i left they were serving #100+. there is a food court, and parking was free and not full. it was for my kid so cant do online had to walk in

Yes u need to show up and queue to resolve the fingerprint prob, then collection should be quick within 2 hours on same day

Go those kampung area at pahang renew, from taking queue number to taking passport, less than 3 hours settle everyhing.

During najibs time remember did my passport less than 45 minutes..went at night and got it 45 minutes later..rindu zaman najib

u done the fingerprint thing already? if yes then wait for email and u can go collect

Update on my own experience

Apply online
Sat. Early morning
Sun late pm. Go utc. He won't allow. Say must have collection ready
Mon lunch. Check status. Got. Made tue appointment.
Mon afternoon. Reached 350pm. Left 410 pm.

Must print out receipt with bar code.

All done.

Must print so officer can go find your new passport.
