planning to switch Iphone Ecosystem after 10 years in Android ecosystem.. Am i did right thing as i have ordered last wednesday 14PM 256 gb deep purple , need to wait 14 days according to Maxis

try these:

1. Go to Settings > General > Software Update > make sure it says "iOS is up to date"
2. Go to Settings > General > About > swipe down a few times to check for carrier settings update. Make sure it says "Umobile xx.y" beside Network Provider. In my case it's "Maxis 52.0". restart phone afterwards if there is an update.
3. Go to Settings > Mobile/Celullar Data > Mobile/Cellular Data Options > Voice & Data > set to 4G and turn on VoLTE.
4. Go to Settings > Phone > check if Wi-Fi calling is there.
5. Go to a Umobile center and ask to change to eSIM or new nano-SIM card

Very interesting. On Facebook, the person behind their account replied in a comment to someone else that all Pro/ Pro Max is sold out. Something is really off with their inventory management.

There appears to the something wrong about the inventory system of Machines. I was trying to buy a particular type of strap for my Apple watches and in their website, when i clicked into the instore info, it stated every branch is sold out. It even gave a date when it was last updated. Precisely yesterday evening. This morning, i was at Megamall and there were abundant of it in the store!

This morning, I noticed the iPhone that I’m interested in is shown as Out of Stock on Machines website, so I try my luck to message Machines Facebook page to inquire about the stock availability at specific stores, and then the agent told me Pro series is only available online and asked me to order via Machines website.

On the same day at noon, I happened to visit the Machines store I inquired because I was around there, guess what, I got that iPhone within 3 minutes from the store..

Luckily I didn’t place my order online..

To provide a bit more context, it’s 14 ProMax, Space Black, 256GB, at MidValley Machines.

I am not so clear about wifi calling. Say, we do not have our telco signals and wifi is available. So we can call?
2 questions. What are the chances that there is a wifi signal we dan access but not cellular?
When indeed we can hook up to a wifi signal, we can also call through whatapps using wifi?
