Either Tuchel already lost his hunger (which I think it is, he seem getting less interested tactically from end of last season and this season... maybe due to his divorce and paktoh taking it toll or maybe other distraction)

maybe he lost his temper with our Boehly thinking he untouchable and sack incoming straight... Tuchel do have a history with owners anyway.

next incoming manager will have crazy workload and high expectation too

TT should have understand the involvement of last transfer windows is unavoidable because of old board leaving. That is also a chance given by BOEHLY to fully back what he want. Is not like he was ask to go nego the transfer, i believe is more to picking the transfer target that he want out of the list presented. U want to play football your way but u dont want to take part in transfer, then when given the player selected by board, u dunno how to use them. I believe the temper did flare between TT and BOEHLY due to the summer transfer. I am totally on side BOEHLY on this, manager are responsible for the result on the pitch, u pick your player and if result is not up to expectation, u take the responsibility and the sack.

Last few week i have mention TT seem like lost of idea already when all he do at post match is just complaining of his player, guess BOEHLY see it that way too.

Our new manager better be someone that is ready to win with the current squad, dont come in and talk philosophy, start playing winning football and tweak your squad slowly to your play style during transfer windows.

I dont really fancy POCH, but if he help train a KANE from CHE squad ZIDANE ? overated, at RM he have an auto pilot squad, he might have the charisma but i dont think he have sufficient tactical knowledge, when team started losing, team morale low, charisma will not help much by then.

Will BOEHLY use his moneyball statistic and hired someone less known like POTTER ? i dont mind actually, but will he able to hold the dressing room big name ? like ARTETA handle OZIL/AUBA ? or like OLE keep playing JOGBA/FRIDGE ?
