QUOTE(gaeria84 @ Sep 7 2022, 04:42 PM)

Tukul also knows the sack coming nearer and nearer if poor results continue, but boehly won't sack mid season la, maybe if that season really underperform kaw2, miss out top 4, almost relagation and no trophies then fall out with owner, players and staff then only consider sack. But even then, it's detrimental to our progress and we end up back in square one (deadweights, short term success)

It's not even mid season 🤭🤭

After read reports, it seems tukul dug his own grave, it's not poor results that led to his sacking

- Fight with boehly
- Fight and openly criticize players
- Lost dressing room

QUOTE(chitchat @ Sep 7 2022, 06:45 PM)
TT should have understand the involvement of last transfer windows is unavoidable because of old board leaving. That is also a chance given by BOEHLY to fully back what he want. Is not like he was ask to go nego the transfer, i believe is more to picking the transfer target that he want out of the list presented. U want to play football your way but u dont want to take part in transfer, then when given the player selected by board, u dunno how to use them. I believe the temper did flare between TT and BOEHLY due to the summer transfer. I am totally on side BOEHLY on this, manager are responsible for the result on the pitch, u pick your player and if result is not up to expectation, u take the responsibility and the sack.

Last few week i have mention TT seem like lost of idea already when all he do at post match is just complaining of his player, guess BOEHLY see it that way too.

Our new manager better be someone that is ready to win with the current squad, dont come in and talk philosophy, start playing winning football and tweak your squad slowly to your play style during transfer windows.

I dont really fancy POCH, but if he help train a KANE from CHE squad  drool.gif  drool.gif  drool.gif ZIDANE ? overated, at RM he have an auto pilot squad, he might have the charisma but i dont think he have sufficient tactical knowledge, when team started losing, team morale low, charisma will not help much by then.

Will BOEHLY use his moneyball statistic and hired someone less known like POTTER ? i dont mind actually, but will he able to hold the dressing room big name ? like ARTETA handle OZIL/AUBA ? or like OLE keep playing JOGBA/FRIDGE ?

Now gutted, this season can throw out the window already

Under tukul, at least with time, can still get results

Don't know true or just wanna con auba🤭

Chelsea’s board had reached the conclusion during negotiations with Aubameyang that he was the striker they would want even after Tuchel was gone. (Times) #CFC

Sadding, tukul went in to the boardroom not knowing he was about to be sacked, that's some epic backstab

Thank you Thomas Tuchel for everything and best of luck for your future endeavors.

Good thing I was prepared long time ago after Carlo Ancelotti was sack I never be attach to a manager ever again.

Lets see who we get In.....from the wish-list so far all looks okay for me.

No manager can complain cause our squad is very good expect for the midfield need more upgrade.

I think it still too early to know the exact cause that make Boehly fire Tuchel all the sudden.
Of cos the results are worrying and players are playing from bad to worsening are telltale something going to give way but this is too fast.

Rumours can made up whatever they want now but up to few hours ago, this rumours never exist.

Let wait and see what Tuchel going says about this. He won’t keep quiet guy type

Sacked cos of attitude problem more than poor results haiz

QUOTE
- his negative public pronouncements and failure to build a relationship with club’s new hierarchy sealed his fate

- defeat by Arsenal in Orlando six weeks ago that Thomas Tuchel’s future at Chelsea began to slip into doubt.

- Tuchel tore into his players after the 4-0 pre-season reverse, questioning their commitment and professionalism in a way so severe that it caught the attention of Todd Boehly and the rest of Chelsea’s new ownership

- On Wednesday morning at Chelsea’s Cobham training base, Tuchel was told of his fate — though it had been sealed more than a week earlier,

- The owners in attendance had already sensed that Tuchel had switched off.

- Chelsea’s owners believed Tuchel was distracted and seemed to lack the emotional intelligence to deal with the transition to the new ownership after building such a strong bond with those who had departed. They wanted to work with Tuchel but did not sense the same investment from him.

- Tuchel’s history was also in their minds

- Tuchel often blamed the players for poor results — he accused them of “soft” defending after a 2-1 defeat by Southampton last week — and the Chelsea board noted his excuses

- Tuchel had aligned himself with Marina Granovskaia and Petr Cech, the director and adviser during Roman Abramovich’s regime, and Tuchel was unable to move on.

- Tuchel had been unhappy with the role he had been given by Chelsea’s new owners.

- Chelsea’s board had reached the conclusion during negotiations with the former Arsenal captain that he was the striker they would want even after Tuchel was gone (Auba)

- Tuchel said he was in talks with the club about a new contract a matter of weeks ago. The club’s owners are understood to have been surprised by those comments as no negotiations had begun.

Both also average la, not proven managers, need manager who led a team to ucl knockouts before

In this case, pochettino, eth is better options

Any case, it means lakaka coming back next season

Prepare for banter era, Not making top 4 or winning trophies will be a thing
