leaning towards getting the gear-up bodykit, door visor, hood insulator & DVR recorder. Or are these better to get from outside?
*
Just sharing mine, everyone has different priorities.

Gearup - door visor. Lazy to find a precise fit outside

Outside -
Teh tarik hooks
Big mat for my boot (w last row folded) for my wet stuff.
Dashcam front & back. Took me 2 sweaty hours to self install
Tint front 65, side 50, the rest 25% vlt
Roof rack for my surfboard

Next -
lighter alloy 17" rims once my current tyres (on 15" rims) wear out or steel rims (havent decided)
Engine under carriage shield eg Orsen cos sometimes go thru muddy road
Louder horn
Andriod player

Finally got news today the car already allocated.
Pending loan renewal and sign.

I think someone asked this before, but if the SA doesnt have the checklist on what to check during collection day..does anyone here has the list?

Congrats for upcoming new alza.

On the checklist.. there is a delivery checklist.. example in checklist is: The jack and where is it, radio, spare tyre, etc etc. Not sure it is standard process or not. thru 8 P2 cars that me and my family has right now & had owned, all the p2 cars have a checklist during the collection/delivery.

The SA will show you the list and go thru the car and list together, checked each item in the list and you sign off/accept. Anything not there as per agreed purchase will be noted in there.
I noticed another customer during collection, the Gear Up kit not ready yet, so they list down the gear up items too. So that will be delivered later.

Hmm.. some questions on the Alza AV
1. Radio cannot turn off? Only can mute? I don't like to turn on the car and radio is playing
2. On the remote control, there is button for Lock, unlock, <trunk?>, alarm
How to use this trunk button? Seems like won't unlock the trunk.

1. Can turn off. Need to hold power button longer than it will off.
2. Trunk remote can unlock the trunk without interfere with unlock door. You need to press more than 1 sec.

Just adding on excaliburcombo's comment on #2.

When car is locked...If you have your car key with you, just open the trunk (pressing the tailgate button above the number plate) even it is locked.. it will auto unlock just the trunk for you.. after done, when you close the trunk, it will auto locked. Try it out.

Collected the car today.
Pretty happy with the drive so far. Too many features i am going thru the manual and trying out the vehicle settings.

Is there anyway to unlock the passengers side without accessing the central unlock? Like if i turn off engine it will unlock all?
So far seems like that feature only unlock driver’s side.

Haha. I’m wondering this too. I even tried pulling the passenger handle twice and check if it could be unlock.

off engine, unlock all doors. need to check if there is a setting menu on this. I also not notice if unlock all or just driver door...hehehe

add on.... on the remote, as default if press unlock once, it will unlock driver door. if press twice it will unlock all doors. I think this one you know.
There is a way on how to set the remote to press once unlock all, check utube. I retain the default setting as sometime want to just unlock driver door.

Haha seems like theres no way to do it.
Yeah I don't use the remote to explicitly lock/unlock, I find unlocking via touching the handle more convenient..haha touch once to unlock driver’s side and touch twice to unlock all..
Now waiting 8.8 sales to buy some car mat and sunshade..

I've found that touch twice is annoying. Just touch and hold, it is easier to do.

I tried just now, seems to be no setting on unlock all in the menu. I would say off engine, unlock driver only would be better choice, as I do check traffic from rear, ensure safety first before asking my passengers to offboard. there is when only i unlock all doors.
