Oh nice. Was the original DVR also using microUSB as power source? Thinking to reuse existing wiring to power up my 70mai instead of having to do the wiring again.
*
nope need to use another power source as the factory DVR power outlet have low voltage type. Already try with adapter cannot power up 70mai. Now using usb port at passenger leg room to power up 70mai. Front camera IMO easy to install/rewiring but back camera hard a little bit coz needs to pull cable through factory conseil/conduit black rubber at bonnet.

Hey you all using the built in dashcam for AV spec?
Saw the review the quality looks so bad.
Is it easy to remove?
*
built in dash cam is like 10 years ago tech where there is no app integration to retrieve footage
The power line is build in one also and cannot potong unless self DIY ?
You can only take out the microSD card and copy out from external device such as computer.

My unit the card slot also a bit cacat, car vibrate from driving period (road bump etc) the memory card will auto eject, lolz .. Time t time have to check.

Right now i use the built in one as backup and main is 70mai A500s

Not sure cause rarely go check it XD It just a backup for me (except if the MMC auto eject, dang - LED will show red and hardly notice unless my wife at passenger seat tells me)

Just rely on 70mai more than enough

hi,

wanna ask does anyone have this issue? the headlight in Auto setting keep lights up even under very bright sun. I not sure is it because the tinted window i apply affected coz my front window screen is about 50% shades compare to JPJ which is 30%.

Another thing that happen is the Sonar Sensor Function Stop sometime will appear in car sceen there but the ASA works normally.

Anyone can help advise for this?

Light sensor is on top of the dash under front windscreen. Pretty sure it's your tint that's too dark causing the sensors to switch on the lights under Auto setting even outside is bright. In such case, either manual switch on the lights or re-tint the FWS.

The sensor is on top middle of the dashboard. As tint getting darker, the sensor may sense darkness, hence switch on the light. What you can do is to get a clear cover of sensor, change it and shld be fine. you can get from shopxx or lxzxdx. I think abt rm15. on how to change it, there is a video on how to in utube.

yes, we sometimes have this sonar sensor stop warning notification.. it could be just temporary, but we always need to drive with caution and keep eyes on road & hands on steering.

Was chitchating w my SA few weeks ago, isn't the AV still 9-12 months? You might get it early next year if this is true.
