And that is why they r burnt on both ends of the stick. They deserve nons like me who doesn’t really see why i should go back and help country development when they never cared for my future (of coz i m not that great until i will impact economy la. Just 1/900k who decide to not work in MY) all i care for are my beloved family and friends who are still in malehsia. Yea my friend did not boost in fact he got paiseh a bit. Especially there was another non in our group got flat A also had to go stpm just to finally be offered into UM.
During my generation there wasn’t THAT many scholarships and the availability were far and few. These days i think some nons just aim for overseas scholarships. Last i heard from a friend who is NUS lecturer about how one of his non students couldn’t get anything decent from home yet offered a scholarship from NUS. I felt a mixture of embarrassment and proud when he told me the story while saying the student is smart. I couldn’t refute because i had the same experience. Not like i want to tarnish our gov reputation further

Kuota pengambilan pelajar ke program kolej matrikulasi dikekalkan pada kadar 90 peratus untuk bumiputera dan 10 peratus kepada bukan bumiputera, kata Menteri Pendidikan Dr Maszlee Malik.

sometimes I was commented by people who r not Nons, they say hey you got higher salary than us, u r high level, u not suffer like us.

I really wanted to tell them that I as a Non, need to work my butt off for higher pay because I need to save money for my kids education. Even without private schooling and college, I got to save at least 150k per child for university.

2024 problem solved

STPM is 1 and half year study period.
But the syllabus is for 2 years.

Too difficult.
