Smallest Unit 953sqft facing lake view around RM 620K +- nett according to my SA. 2027 completion
I'm interested in this project as well, as I used to work at PJTC, so I'm slightly familiar with the road there. Only Major issue that is a concern to me, is that there is only one way in and out. And Foresthill is not close to the exit point, so imagine going thru all the apartment, and also upcoming multi phase Exsim project. So unless they opening up another road which link to the highway outside, the jam could be terrible for a normal office working hour job. Very nice place to stay at thou, can see some video on the lake and the forest itself is very captivating. ![]() |

Don’t have to be too worried. I stayed here in the bungalows lots many years, it was always two ways in / out. But Exsim project started then the roads were damaged during construction and was shut for 1 year. After many complaints to MBPJ, finally Exsim is now repairing and enhancing the road access including the widening.
Authorities also shared with the approved two way in / out road access. The tunnel to the other side of highway is finally open both ways too. Good progress after 1 long year. Hopefully Exsim can complete the road access sooner for the sake of us residents as soon as possible. I can see improvement and widening now. You should consider getting one unit. I bought tower B early of the year for my child. It is common / market norm for high rise condo legal vacant possession to be 48 months. 36 months is usually for strata title landed, not high rise. As far as I know, this project legal completion period is 48 months. But good developers usually can complete ahead of time. |

just came back from the sales gallery, i am considering the 1259sqft, but the dual key 1527sqft living room layout is very convincing. i have a small family, my wife, me and one baby. i am so lost which unit to get

Price per psf is value for money plus the design is wide and spacious. I like the dual key unit personally because hard to find such product in the market. But I bought type A tower B for my child because they said they wanted smaller unit. Otherwise, the package for both units are attractive. |
