Booked a unit last Sunday, but having dilemma.
wondering will there be traffic issue after the Central Park Damansara completion?
Booked type A, but not really like it's layout, the master bedroom seems like very limited space for wardrobe, thinking shld I change to type B, but 4 rooms is too much for me. Would be good if the layout is more spacious instead more room

To be fair it all comes down to the unique use case. 4 room is good for me because I can turn 1 of the room into my home office (I'm a permanent WFH basis), whilst keeping another room for my kiddo, and the other one for my parents when they are in town to visit. Cons of having more room definitely will be smaller room compared to a 3 room layout unless you fork out more money to get a larger unit.

I'd say it always depend on your use case. And also you should definitely let your agent and banker know if you're going for a more expensive unit as the loan calculation is going to be different. Easy to downsize the loan amount, but upsizing it I think they consider it as a resubmission of loan application. You'll have to go though all the waiting game again.

I got a type A lake view for my daughter. She said the space is enough for her though I asked to take bigger unit. She prefer to not start off with too much commitment otherwise she would choose the bigger size.

As for the traffic concern, I think these days prime area would have traffic issues. If the project has no traffic jam I would be more worried because it means low demand or low population area. I saw the authority plan there will be flyovers and new highways into the area by Exsim

Developer told me next month billing. I was walking the other day to the site nearby, piling seems to be completing soon. seems to be on good progress

Hi guys. Stumbled upon this post by accident. Coincidentally, I'm an owner of Foresthill Damansara, landed one, not condo. We have a small resident's association here and we have made some close contacts with other nearby RAs, developers (Exsim) and MBPJ. Since we will be neighbours soon, we can maybe organise some TT sessions and share some info on what's been going around here. If interested, I can also organise a WA group for some key members in the community. PM me if interested.

Quick question for the current Foresthill Damansara residents who are here, how's the traffic noise pollution? being adjacent to the busy roads of LDP and North South Highway. I have experience with Seresta (LNG) and Foresta (LNG) which is within the vicinity (affected by NSE, but not affected by LDP). I also have experience with Ativo Suites (Ta Global) further down the road, which is located right next to LDP. You could still hear traffic noises throughout the day, despite facing the hills or away from direct traffic.

The soundproofing helps, but only until one of the illegal bikes, cars without mufflers or the sports cars zoom by. The higher the condo the worse the noise. The sweet spot for minimal impact is usually the middle floors from my experience

One of my forever concerns have always been traffic noise from the NSE and LDP

I also hear LDP concession might end in Aug 15 2030 (if they don't sneak in another extension), so this news might be a plus for accessibility.

As there is room under the NSE flyover for an access road (but now its hindered because they don't want cheapskates to circumvent the LDP toll). Plus ForestHill may also link up to the Seresta and LNG phase 3 and 4 access road, with direct access into BSD

I got these screenshots off Google Maps. The path shown by the Green coloured arrow is what I am familiar with in the last time I visited. Its also the entry point from the tunnel and also Damansara Perdana entry point

How about the seemingly new access shown by the path (Purple coloured arrow). From the screen shots, it looks like you can get into this path either via DASH or the Penchala Link highway/TTDI

Also seems to allow for direct access from the parallel LDP lanes.

Are these new access roads completed by now> haven't visited these areas in a while.
