Got 3 access, LDP parallel, damansara perdana traffic light junction, and the tunnel.

Stayed here for years now. Even before Exsim started here. Road enhancement finally by Exsim after their constructions damaged it.

Peaceful, quiet and private area with nature lake. Good for families.

Oh of course no, the condo is going to be build opposite the hill across the huge lake. It’s not next to the hill. I am sure the view for the lake facing units would be very nice. From my bungalow, I cannot see the lake but every morning, I do my strolls along the boardwalk area. It’s very peaceful and quiet.

How about getting a unit at ForestHill for the future?

I already bought one small unit for my child. Tower B which I signed SPA already, shared earlier. Glad to know, my SA recently informed me the small unit lake view in Tower B all sold.

They always say only parents buy property for children never children buy for parents. Hope the child will appreciate.

As parents we don't want to burden our kids, as long as they can survive on their own, we'd be happy, and if we can afford, we give them a bit more.
