Maxguard if not mistaken is lower level grade compare to EfficientGrip in GoodYear tire model lineup.
Can be consider as normal budget SUV tires so dont expect too high.

For me, Maxguard is similar to like continental UC6 SUV level.

Any feedback from those changing from a Michelin 18inch PS4 ZP to 18 inch PS5?

Overall conclusion around the net

PS4 - Performance is still better overall, but poor tread life
PS5 - Poor performance, better tread life

You choose what is your priority, but most people feedback PS4 still the better 1 as you buy UHP tires for that purpose.

Is that comparison mainly between PS4 and PS5? PS4 ZP RFT tyres performance shouldn't be better performance then PS5 non RFT?

i cant comment on that. never use that tyre. maybe similar to the effientgrip or better. but nexen ru1 suv is better with AA traction rating

Run flat only add on option, the rest of the performance as per mention is quite similar.
The different on non run flat tends to be better comfort (softer sidewall), better tread life & fuel economy (lighter tires) & cheaper a lot.
Most of my continental rides ditch the run flat, since got tire air pressure monitoring function built in why still scare of tire flat?
Until today i bought emergency tire patch kit in my rides never even used once.

surveying suv tyres too

the uc6 its not bad on dry but wet is abit sceptical, didnt grip on wet road. noise. is so so, some road very noisy. new road in KL no noise

looking for all round too, good in dry wet and occasional spirit driving (gave up on noise)

i heard some of the SUV size already available for UC7, do confirm with the nearest continental tire shop.

I personally prefer this then Michelin PS. It is on par in performance and last longer, but not as quiet slightly. what year manufacture? sounds cheap.
