Am I right in thinking that RSKU is a better implementation of affordable housing compared to rumahwip?
RSKU is just studios priced slightly lesser on a psf basis. You’re integrated into a full development and you’re just in the starter unit. As opposed to a full tower of affordable housing in Rumahwip where the intention has been to make it as cheap as possible. The facilities is shared among all, as well as rooftop facilities. Agent don't have more info on this but I don't think they will issue seperate access cards that prevent RSKU owners from accessing the facilities floor. Better check with relevant authorities if you plan to get one. Also need to make sure whether car park is allocated for RSKU units. 500 units with 50 units being RSKU studios RSKU is just studios priced slightly lesser on a psf basis. It’s a fantastic buy as you get the smallest, most investor-friendly unit at the lowest psf and get access to all the facilities. It’ll be a winner whether u rent it out right away or after the legal wait period. |
