Am I right in thinking that RSKU is a better implementation of affordable housing compared to rumahwip?
RSKU is just studios priced slightly lesser on a psf basis. You’re integrated into a full development and you’re just in the starter unit. As opposed to a full tower of affordable housing in Rumahwip where the intention has been to make it as cheap as possible.
