This seller is not recommended at ALL! Here is what happened yesterday:

I called and ask for his location and he told me he's in Giant Bandar Kinrara. So i went there immediately and called him telling him i already reached Giant Bandar Kinrara and ask him where is is shop.

Then he told me that he is not located IN Giant Bandar Kinrara and ask me to proceed to go to Old Town White Coffee to find him, which is less than a minute drive.

I told him i am going NOW and wait for me. I arrived there less than 1 minute (in fact, 40 seconds) and immediately called him. This is where the nightmare begins. He never picks up my call. I reached there at 2.00pm and keep calling him until 2.15pm, in fact i even sent him a SMS telling him i'm already there. No reply. Keep calling until 2.20pm and i decide that this seller is not a genuine one. I mean he's not serious at all. How come he can picked up my call at 1.59pm and when i called him less than a minute later he never picked up. I easily called more than 10 times during the 20 minutes duration and he never even picked up. If he's busy, he can always tell me to call later or wait for a while. But no, he decide to ignore my calls despite me waiting there like a fool for 20 minutes. And never even reply sms as well.

So to those who wanna engage the service of this seller, i suggest to think again. I came all the way from Subang U5 to his so called "shop" which does not exist. wasting my time, petrol and toll.

Hi, yesterday when you called at 1.19pm, it was already past our operation hours. (Operation hours stated on my siggy). You asked for battery replacement service and i said ok since it will only take 10 -15 minutes to replace the battery. You just said you'll come now not metioning the exact arrival time.
At that time there were 2 customers who made earlier appointment before you arrived. So , i asked my tech to proceed without making this cutomers waiting.
When you arrived you called me and i told you to proceed to old town beside giant as my tech is there doing repairs inside.

After that i went to the wash room as nature calls for the big one, unfortunatey i don't practise carrying phones into the toilet and neither do i answer calls when i'm doing my buisness in the toilet to avoid unnecessary accidents or damage to the device. That was the exact time you were trying to call me/sms me and claim i didn't respond. Right after i came out out the wash room i returned your call but the first thing was you shouted " how you do buisness one". I explained to you i was busy till i had to tell what i was doing as well.
You said you alreadyleft and now at petronas bk5( which was 1 min away from old town ). I said you come back and we will settled your phone first within 10 -15mins but you kept saying that there is no u-turn here and you have urgent appointment at 3pm. Finally you asked me if we were open tomorrow?( 29/07 ). I replied yes and you said will come tomorrow but now ??

I don't know how you expect me to answer your call & return your sms when i was in the toilet without my phone? Which i did right after i got out of the washroom.

There are many who has used our services happily for the past 2 years . Is just that your & my timing was not right yesterday and you were rushing somewhere else at the same time.

This gives me a lesson not to take last minute repair appointments and i'm very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

Wimpykid's explanation is acceptable. If he wanted to FFK u, he wouldnt have called u back after doing his "natures call".

from what i see, did "silverblue" made an appointment in term of time, with "WimpyKid" ? Didnt see "silverblue" stated the time and telling "silverblue" that he's coming now.

practically for malaysian, when saying coming now, meaning can take from few mins to hours. so cannot expect "WimpyKid" to keep on waiting for you. he did stated clearly that his office open until 1pm on saturday where your call is after 1pm.

i believed all these miscommunication and wrong timing. can be resolve easier. hope both of you manage to sort thing out.

sorry not really understand...where is ur technician? inside giant or kopitiam? if ur tech with u why not ask ur tech to call this silverblue? for me if u a responsibble seller there is many way to take care of ur customer...

just to clarify smth with ur guys, i open a thread selling my motherboard + proc. one of the forumer call my digi nmbr for cod , i called him back with my maxis nmbr agree on the price and cod place, in the phone he ask me wat time are u okay to cod , i told him after 10am. he say okie will drop me a sms/call when he come. This morning he sms call my maxis hp (samsung s3 / i running with apps QQ) so the phone run out of battery , and then he call my digi hp (xperia go/ just bought yesterday at digital mall ) the ringtone is soft i miss the call, ( i was sleeping )

we nvr specific any time to cod . ( after 10am ) i nvr ask him to do postage / deposit . how could he call me scammer?

as for this case, i talk with him on july 23-24th . before i travelling to china . we came to an agree of i deposit rm50-100 for each item i wan to buy ( i7-920 + motherboard)
(as i told him on the phone if i wan to buy, i will deposit to u before my flight )but at the end, i cant transfer the deposit to him due to my maybank account is out of cash, i change my cash into Renminbi. so i did not get to deposit to him, so i taught the deal is off, mean time mr.asam kipas nvr send me a pm/msg also. so is this a ffk case too ?
when i reach back to kl (nvr get any msg/pm from him too) so i change my mind and get a better proc i3770 with kelvin_hata @ postage

u r not a scammer on the first case.

second case, it s ur failure to pay deposit to him. no ffk in this issue.

This guy set up an appointment to meet at Sunway Pyramid where I was supposed to deal with his friend at 7pm on a Friday evening (Puasa month summore, insane traffic jam-fest). I reached Sunway Pyramid and waited about 10 minutes when at the last moment he tells me his friend has something else to do and so has to postpone the deal. So fine, I say we meet next week.

On Monday, he asks me a bunch of questions to which I had already answered about earlier before the appointment. He starts saying that other sellers claim got this code required and that and ask me why. I already told him there is no code required.

Later he says because I never reply he doesn't want to cause me any trouble and so cancels the deal. Later I did a search and found him going about other seller's threads asking about same item and where he eventually purchased from someone else. Suffice to say he had no intention of completing the deal.

Irresponsible and idiotic. Makes people wait in a car in a jam-packed area then postpones the deal, then cancels the deal and gives lame excuses, and I caught him snooping around other threads and eventually buying from others anyway.

A real pain in the ass.
