Conversation started off in Lowyat Messenger with a request for COD





And it continued in WhatsApp











His request for COD followed by deferment had telltale signs of a time waster. I journeyed on anyway to uphold the integrity of a seller.

Looking at the time stamp, the excuse of having "personal issues" looks weak to me.



Beware of this time waster if you decide to make any deals with him in the future.

I have experienced horrible FFK when he doesn't showed up at JURU, PENANG after i drive all the way from SERI KEMBANGAN, SELANGOR just to cod on 19/7/2017. The next day he explained that his phone was lost and offer me to cod again at KL on 22-23/7/2017. But again, he played me.. No respond from him until now. So be careful guys..

What is wrong with these people? Are they doing this on purpose? I also had a few FFK issue and the seller/buyers seems to have no intention of doing the COD but somehow they just keep playing with us. Is there like an FFK for fun club that I am not aware of?

Selling off a Huawei Mediapad T3, a buyer agree to cod at lrt station at 10am today.

9.40am he tell me he is otw, but when I reach, sms him he no reply.
Call him no one pickup (Twice).

Whatsapp him to confirm he still want or not else I would not reserve for him anymore, he read it and just reply "Hi".

Da fuck?? the seller did not do anything wrong though. he did not confirm will reserve to you at all. no depo? no book. common sense. you said you want to get back to him and thats it. you never get back to him. seller are the one get back to you telling he sold the item. seller too did not agree he reserve for you. why should he wait for 2 day with no comformation whatsoever?? i notice that after 2 day the seller is the one get back to you that he already sold the item. if want to wait for you to get back i guess more days?? what kind of dumb seller will reserve with no depo@comformation?? congratulation man. you played yourself. now people probably avoiding to dealing with you.

Seller did nothing wrong. He did not respond “okay” to your “im only free next week”. He never promise you anything. You never confirm with the seller soon enough.

To most of the seller, your messages just look like typical “joybuyer”.

I confirmed the deal on a Sunday, he requested me to go to his place in Bukit Ceylon. I am staying in port klang, so fucking far. took me 1 hour plus to reach his place, then called him, didn't pick up. wassap this bitch, never reply only single tick. message on carousell, tarak reply. call another 20 times also never pick up, didn't even have the courtesy to pick up and say "oh i don't want it anymore".

Even now still too pussy to pick up my call.

Whole journey took about 2 hours + petrol + toll money. That I can never get back, but he will still pay his price.

PS: he is from carousell, not sure if he browse here, but he will soon.

Hey. I'm a rather busy person and recently dropped my phone. So I've found Jed157 selling the same phone I want and decided to pick it up. Only to have realised that Jed157 has completely wasted my time.
So.

Had sold a used ASUS RT-AC5300 router to makrospec2010 yesterday, following a PM with an offer.

Deal went on as planned albeit late from his end - COD and transaction was made sucessfully.

That evening, buyer WhatsApps me, claiming unable to connect to internet while other functions were working.

I tried to assist him troubleshoot but somehow felt he was not responding on time and delaying feedback I asked of.

He replies me early next morning & cites that he tried to troubleshoot it but no avail while 2 of his existing UniFi routers can work.

I agreed for a refund; with a COD at the same location and time that day.

Following my return, I tested the routed & found it was working perfectly, in which I relayed to him.

He claimed that it was funny as it didn't work on his machine and perhaps it's a problem with his setup after I sent some real-time pictures.

I informed him that his system should not be a factor for the router not having an internet connection & that I am willing to go to his place and help him set it up, to which he just repeated "maybe my system not compatible".

He also wished me best of luck with my future prospect - making me think why would someone not agree to take my help unless he only wanted to "try" it.

Following the COD, I noticed from his forum profile status showing he was browsing for other cheaper routers (Mikrotik).

My last message was asking him to send me a picture of the BTU (modem) from UniFi he was using but he hadn't replied me since.

It's funny considering the buyer; a Chinese man in his late middle age & is chauffeur-driven in a silver E-Class (W212 facelift, license plate. 1168), can opt this way.

I missed out on another prospective buyer (offered after this guy but has since bought another router) thanks to him but I'm not gonna hold grudges due to his age although I do not wish to deal with him after this.

I hope this post can educate and warn others on what people are willing to do these days. Many sellers are willing to go the extra mile to assist or share their knowledge, as long as the buyer is honest & upfront on their intent.

Was selling a combo of Rubbermaid container to a guy named Jamizan (0184076872)
We agreed on the price and fixed the location to COD below my place. Since I'm pretty flexible I told him I'll be free after 5-6 p.m. and he said he'll be there.
But until 8 p.m. also no response so I asked if he still wanted it and he scheduled to meet at 10 p.m., but he later only messaged at 10:30 p.m. that he's on the way. But since I guess he's pretty close, he took a picture of lobby of the location around 10 minutes later so I went to the exact spot where the photo was taken. I found a car, which I don't know if it's his so I messaged and asked because the person in the car was on the phone.
The car later drove off so I was confused. Perhaps he was here earlier but the guards told him that he can't wait there? So I called, WhatsApp-ed and messaged, no reply. I know he saw the messages despite not being blue ticked because he briefly went online after the WhatsApp calls/messages.
After 20 minutes I got fed up and got back to my place.

ktek texted digitalcode yesterday and notify me, I set appointment with him this morning
The appointment is 2:30PM at McD Centerpoint Bandar Utama and it was agreed upon
Then this person texted me as I was OTW to McD Centerpoint that the item is sold

In future, if you ever fix appointment with this guy for COD, please bear in mind that he can cancel deal at anytime as he see fit
Over 10 years of experience dealing in LYN, always been quite decent experience with 2 exception and this is 1 of them
