9.40am he tell me he is otw, but when I reach, sms him he no reply.
Call him no one pickup (Twice).

Whatsapp him to confirm he still want or not else I would not reserve for him anymore, he read it and just reply "Hi".

So beware when lowyat people see this phone number, don't waste your time dealing with him.

End up I wait half an hour at lrt station and luckily my office just nearby.
