The oil filter actually is optional for the 5k, my sc told me they only ask whether the customer want or not,  IT IS OPTIONAL, NOT COMPULSORY.  So, if u want, ofcoz they will charge u lah.  To summarize it, all is FOC unless u ask for MORE.

Jinyee,  basically all is FOC for 1st 2 years or 40k mileage which ever come first unless u request for additional/optional service such as change the oil filter for the 5k, which is an optional case...

Okie, guys, what did they change for you for the 1st 5k service? Hmm..if they changed the engine oil, they should change the oil filter as well since both complement each other. Additional RM17-00 to be paid..hmm..I am going to Wegro this coming weekend, dunno whether can get free car wash or not.LOL

Just went for my 5k service today. I have changed the oil filter and upgraded the FOC mineral engine oil to semi-synthetic oil. Total cost is RM21.70+RM17=RM38.70.

Saw brand new WRB plate number CITY in the parking bay waiting for their owner...wow...4 out of 6 cars are Sparkle Grey.

Guys,

Anywhere to get the doorvisor? Can't tahan the water from dripping down everytime I wind down the windows during raining day. Please let me know the pricing as well. I am awared that there's a guy selling it in the garage sales but his is with the sand blasting which I think is not my preference. Plain one will be good enough.

Hello guys,

Okie, just an update. Currently my VTEC Sparkle Grey's mileage stands at around 8k. Facing a problem now. There's squeezing sound from the rear of the car. I have check the rear passenger seat and the boot and realised the problem is not from these places. Perhaps this is due to the suspension because almost everytime when I went over the bump, the squeezy will be audible. Please help, anyone.

You have a nice driving experience over the great cars.I've never tried before. The course is hold in the close circuit area ?
8k only the suspension won't be audible unless your car always drive and pass through the bump with fast speed. If your car still under warranty, you can consult the SC.

just check the absorber ...

mileague is secondary, your driving style and car usage matter the most

After checking all the boot area, then I realised the 'sound', (shouldnn't call it squeezy sound because it did not sound 'eik' that kind...hope my lame explaination is comprehendible) came from the left speaker OR the boot cover.

The sound is sort of 'tuk' when the car went over uneven road. Anyone know whats that? or how to check?

Oh means the sound is coming out from the speaker or the boot cover? That's weired, speaker and boot cover shouldn't give you the sound like that. The sound "tuk"  when goes to uneven road?Do you mean something like during crossing the bump ?

I am not sure whether its from inside of the speaker or boot cover. Anyone ahs this kind of problem before. Normally when this kind of problem happen, do you think i should go back to Honda service centre, and the thing is are they willing to dislocate everything just to find out the weird sound for me?
