60k upfront means 60k in cash. No cash no booking so no cash no need think already. Plus hearsay this project already fully booked

Isn't it unethical of developer to force non bumi to pay extra 30k upfront for "reno" package? If I'm not mistaken, only includes hood and hob?

I guess because the developer knows Chinese are more kiasu and even with 30k extra it will still be snapped up faster than bumi lot.

I've checked out the place today, and its kinda turn off for me...surrounding area is full of high rise and no nearby for groceries. Solaris is the nearest at 3km which takes about 10 mins drive, without jam. I only can imagine a normal working day at that area, it will consume so much of time spent on traffic

Ehmm Not only this project ,all other rumawip project also they advertise and open for booking before launched on kwp website. But this project super fast oh "sold out " just within 2 days launched ..

I remembered residensi Wangsamas, 198k near LRT.. fully sold 2 days after launched in Rumawip website. sound fishy..

Yes most of rumawip open booking to choose unit and can start apply loan before launched on kwp website . Less headache for dev , most of rumawip loc are near city centre so buyer need to act fast to secure the unit.

Seems like people are signing their SnP starting this week. Got mine loan approved pending Rumawip approval. Any owner's group already? hehehe

Corner unit = RM 60K
Intermediate unit= RM 58K

If loan margin 100%
Corner unit = RM30K
Intermediate unit = RM28K
