jew superior tech just woken up from long hibernation. be afraid apple, qualcomm, nvidia and the others
why in the hell this discussion were moved from /k?
I already build one custom PC for a friend and since she use it for work purpose I went for Core i3 12100F. I actually considered to go for Ryzen at first based on good word of mouth but after price/performance survey, as well as watching Youtube reviews from established channel, it was simply not worth it.
I am no Team AMD or Intel, I am Team My Wallet, so whoever offer the best price/performance by end of the year, I go for that.

nothing wrong with your decision. we need competitions to drive innovation.

if for work purpose (no 3D rendering or some hardcore workload)
any current main gen or 1 gen ago processor + nvme ssd consider overkill already
yup..just go for whichever that is best value
just like i build i5 11500+nvme for my mom main fb ; really overkill and smooth like butter

so they dont want reveal too much about actual performance figure?
the only performance figure they released so far is the Blender test. 😅 basically just teasing... even the gaming footage they still haven't show what the fps is like. waiting for another event closer to the launch later this year where they will actually announce the performance in details and family stack with specifications of each. AMD also want to see what Intel has been cooking.
