it says more than 15% means min 15%. but only the top SKU like Ryzen 9 will get the 5.5GHz. so possible the single core improvement should be better, just that AMD have not shown it yet to underpromise then overdeliver. since it is a Fall launch, it will compete directly with Raptor lake with massive cache.

dont forget usb4 too, though this can be licensed from whoever that provide those chipset with royalties previously. for ddr5 they already done their homework earlier since ryzen 6000 mobile CPU and steam deck were using ddr5.
there also possibility that most of engineering effort goes to rdna3 too.
so they dont want reveal too much about actual performance figure?
the only performance figure they released so far is the Blender test. 😅 basically just teasing... even the gaming footage they still haven't show what the fps is like. waiting for another event closer to the launch later this year where they will actually announce the performance in details and family stack with specifications of each. AMD also want to see what Intel has been cooking.
