Same on GS Cycle... good CS experience.

Paid a visit to ICity, actually their CS is quite OK. They leave you do check out the bikes yourself and if you need them to quote, you approach them.
I kinda like it this way... as I really cannot stand someone looking over your shoulder and telling this and that. A bit sombong but oklah. Afterservice, I dunno leh...

Damn bro, was planning to buy bike from them. Didn't know this side of them especially manipulating the meter. Mb I'll just stick to GS Cycle. So far good experience dealing with them.

I did a comparison, so far iCity is about 1K OTR cheaper that the other dealers. But note this is for my targeted bike.

For 1k, I am thinking is it whole the hassle and maybe not so satisfactory experience...

if the bike has no issue i'll just buy the one that is cheaper.
if has known issue that you can claim later, choosing the better customer support might be better.

If you are nearby Klang Valley. why not just go to Eang Chun at Jalan Genting Klang. They much better in terms of sales and aftersales.

Eang Chun maybe too many customers. Did not have good CS vibs for me when I was there.
All buat tak tahu.

So i took my business to Ee Tiong down the road which turn out to be way better in terms of CS and value.

I have to add to this thread. Just bought a Wmoto RT1 new (RM 9.5k OTR*) last month from iCity. For some strange reason did not read the online reviews (my really bad) The reviews are all true. Very LCLY. Walk in also no one wants to layan you. Plus all the sales CB face like you owe them money. Scoot is now 3 weeks old, with about 930 km on the clock.

That said, their price was the lowest in all my surveys. The only same price was in Kuala Selangor (GC Ann, RM 9.5k OTR, comprehensive insurance**). I'm in Shah Ale, so iCity is closer and easier access for me for the collection and ride away.

So here are my experiences:
1. *After deposit boss Ernest says insurance is 3rd party, must top up RM 250 for comprehensive. Note that comprehensive insurance provided cost RM 196 according to the cover note.
2. They offer 30% discount for accessories, but only on the day you take the bike. I thought ride a bit first to get used to the bike and then only put a top box. A week later they don't give the 30% anymore. If they had told upfront, I would have at least bought the rack and taken home to install later.
3. Never mind, after the 1 week went back and Low talked to me. Says Hafiz (who wasn't there) is in charge of accessories and will WhatsApp the price of the rack and box to me. 2 weeks later I'm still waiting. Already bought, delivered and installed form Sh*pee 1 week ago. So I can confirm everyone there just no care about the customer.

* Ultimately I considered the scoot from Kuala Selangor v iCity, so I bought it in iCity. Take bus for 2 hours, or Grab was the trade off. But the insurance was a straight off bait-and-switch
** Getting a proper quote was a pain though. The lady WA price all over the place. Ask for RT1, send price Xtreme. After talk long time only tell price is for Xtreme. Wasting time.

Overall.... I'm 50-50 if I would ever go back there. Price was okay, and location is convenient. (for me) I did not WA many times, once to request the comprehensive insurance, and once to ask if I needed to make a second payment. Both times Ernest replied promptly. Scoot came out in a reasonable time (6 working days) as they had no stock of the colour I wanted. They messaged when the bike was ready for collection.

I know I bought a China scoot. Fuh, the features! Maybe in 2 years I'll be regretting it laugh.gif .... but right now the scoot is brilliant compared to my last Yamaha Nouvo LC

Let me add on about iCity - Since I am coming up to the 1st service at 1000 km, I made a call to Mforce Serdang. I found out that the dealer should have issued service vouchers for 1000 km and 3000 km but have not. These vouchers are worth RM 30 each and can be used to offset the service. Engine oil + gear oil is changed at RM 66, and service charge is RM 30.
