This depends on that certain individual, from which angle they look at dosa. Some of my Malay colleagues actually drink red wine during company annual dinner, but most of them actually studied abroad and came back here to work. When I asked them, they said they just drink, no harm done, compared to those ppl that in front pretend holier than thou, but behind doing bad things.

Is it difficult for halal certification? Chef Malay should be easy. Moreover no pork no Lard no alcohol. No need to slaughter chicken / cow on premise. As long as all items halal certified then for restaurants not so difficult.

Apply the logo is not easy as need to audit alot of things and most important things is need yearly renewal.

- queue was long but brisk. Took me 10-15mins for a seat coz we have 8pax. Those with 1,2 or 3 pax got their seat first.

- the chicken is good. Moist and juicy inside
- service is courteous
- clean

Overall: 7/10
Deduct points for
- forgetting 1 polo bun but it is ok. The young waiters are trying their best to keep up with the crowd. Dah kenyang pun.
- cendol so so, gula melaka didnt stand out
