If u want crusty crust Foo Hing is ok but too sweet

Oriental is thicc but u must eat fresh

Even without jakim.... There are other things besides no lard no pork that need to be observed.... Like slaughtering the animal in a proper accepted way...

inilah example. 20 years ago did most people scrutinized until this level? now fanatic until must be live slaughter, cannot use gas, cannot electric etc etc. but actually all is just wayang. main reason is that JAKIM earn a pretty penny from that halal logo cert and need to fool the population on the necessity of been this fanatic.

This depends on that certain individual, from which angle they look at dosa. Some of my Malay colleagues actually drink red wine during company annual dinner, but most of them actually studied abroad and came back here to work. When I asked them, they said they just drink, no harm done, compared to those ppl that in front pretend holier than thou, but behind doing bad things.

Is it difficult for halal certification? Chef Malay should be easy. Moreover no pork no Lard no alcohol. No need to slaughter chicken / cow on premise. As long as all items halal certified then for restaurants not so difficult.
