Hi, I'm just sharing the offer that I got in one of Oil and gas company somewhere in middle east country. Unfortunately, I decline the offer due to personal and family reason - need to relocated to the country. Just share it here on what I got.

Industry : Oil and gas
Tenure : Permanent
Employment Level : Senior level
Experience before joining (years) : 7

Interesting. Mind sharing the personal reasons you turn down the offer ? Safety ? High risks ? Thanks. I'm always curious with overseas job offers.

I can give you example. Government servants. I have a frenemy currently Gred UF52 something like that ketua penolong Pengarah kanan bla bla bla etc. So I was stalking his FB. Omg he knows it's me. He has all the free time in the world to private all his public posts from many many years ago so I can't view them. So much free time he got. Sometimes I wonder if the tax money I paid is being used to pay his salary, perks, allowance, bonus etc etc. Omg.

One thing I see consistently in malaysians earning high salary here is either they work in IT or Oil and gas.

If you're in boomer industries like mechanical engineering, working in kilang somewhere then jangan haraplah.
