I think it would be great to specify what field of study in the "Highest paper qualification" section:-

e.g . "Highest paper qualification/ education background : Degree (in chemical engineering)"

I think it would open up even more interesting discussions, like lets say you studied chemical but you're working in software engineering, for example.

One thing I see consistently in malaysians earning high salary here is either they work in IT or Oil and gas.

If you're in boomer industries like mechanical engineering, working in kilang somewhere then jangan haraplah.
