nah... if ur getting razer, no prob with rma... for me i've rma-ed 2 stuff already... directly thru razer in singapore, as in settling those online with support tickets, and bham 2 weeks later u get ur new replaced razer... no stupid questions or reasons given, straight to the point.. no need the hassle to go thru those retailers.. else if u still want someone then i'll recommend u moderno, 3 yrs warranty.. i bought like how many, maybe 7-8 razer stuff from moderno already.. i rather pay a few bucks extra and get no crap hassle from those ppl i go to...
*
how you RMA-ed it ?
you send back to singapore yourself?

i know moderno is one of the re-sellers for razer...but im skeptical of his 3yr warranty and how he can offer it...when razer themselves just offer 2yrs.
see la if anyone takes up his offer when the 3rd yr comes and what happens.

can 1.. since i deal so much[yes ALOT] with razer online, i also know how.. so far i never got disappointed with razer's customer service.. even razerguy replies my email.. reasono being that is coz i try lots of stupid stuff, like sending ticket asking for stupid things.. and they still reply.. compare them with :-

    a. creative malaysia.. i got their reply 2 weeks after i sent a ticket.. only got one reply.. but sent like 3-4..
    b. acer malaysia, wow.. 2 months shakehead.gif .. haha.. amazing.. until i sent a complain letter to acer's base in USA, then only i got their reply.. also without answering my question properly, and wat not, broken english which i dun even understand wat they're talking abt, so.. hell with it... im staying away from acer now.. cant help it..
    c. some shops in lowyat.. too much hassle sweat.gif .. i dun like shops that questions me TOO MUCH abt my defective thing.. spoil means spoil.. thats another reason y the only person i get my expensive stuff from is moderno... biggrin.gif

Hi, I've used the Razer Krait for half a year. Now it got problem with the scroll wheel. It's not sensitive enough, lot of times i have to press very hard to make it scroll. Has anyone of yours experienced it. Can I RMA because of that problem?

for them to send back, they pay.. meaning u only pay to send ur mouse to hongkong, not banleong.. rest of it they kaotim.. send ticket and.. hehe.. tell them u bought ur mouse a few months ago la rclxms.gif .. try sending a ticket.. and make sure u haven register ur mouse online yet since ur ch is 2yrs+ already..

but.. no point going thru razer if ban leong can do it within one week, like wat proclaimer said.. .. np no worries i never get mad at ppl even if they ask stupid or unnecessary questions.. somemore this is razer thread.. why not.. wub.gif wub.gif wub.gif
