I use the m|100 and compliments my iPod VERY well indeed. I absolutely love the frequency range (for the price) and it's darn comfortable too.
So good, I also bought the m|250 for my laptop too.

so sad to hear that... ur price is quite good i see..
maybe i gonna get one at lowyat next week.. hehe.

i also use the m100 with my SE K800...definitely much better than the SE HPM-70.

err... tat m100 earphone somehow look like the creative 1... i forgot the name d...

really tht good? then i might get one for my ipod also.. initially i wanted to get cx300... but then the price not nice... this m100 quite affordable..

@blacktrix, on a scale from 1 to 10, wat would be ur gradings for m100 ?

Creative EP630.They all share the same shell only,EP630,M100,CX300,Edifier H260 all using the same shell.but the innards are all different.EP630 is a good start at RM50+

9.5 out of 10. The bass could be a bit on the over powering side sometimes....... but the bass is actually very good..... so not really a minus point.

without razer logo, 7.5/10

the cable connecting to the earpiece could be more securely connected, i always have a fear that i might just accidentally pull the whole cable out of the earpiece.
the cable itself is a little thin and coated in the same rubbery like material as the mouses.

it does come with a nice carrying case, but really isnt much point to it unless you're planning on long-term storage.

soundwise, since its in-ear, it increases the bass response...pretty clear seperation...for RM90 its good enough anyway

wah.. like that wanna plan to get one already.. maybe get together with lachesis from zhen wei or something den ask special somemore haha!

for me, its either a cx300 or this m100 since blacktrix said its good.. but price wise... rm250 vs rm90 .. nearly 3x... grrr.. or maybe i'll tell myself that ipod has its own boundary and wont produce good sound no matter how good the ear phones are.. haha.. i feel better and easier that way..

razer headset good or not..

Which headset? The Barracuda or the Piranha?

piranha is new ?

If you need directional sound for a headset very much Barracuda. Its very good for listening to footsteps which gives a competitive advantage for games like CS.
If you're not all that competitive, I'd suggest you go for Audio Technica, since they have a wide soundstage and pretty good for games, and from the ATH Pro 7000 I tried, sounded very good with music. Albeit the lower bass frequency wasn't very powerful, but the mids and highs are of sufficient quality.
The Barracuda wasn't made for music and it'll never sound good for music (At least to my ears it is heavily inferior).


Yes, the Piranha is new, and it looks like it stole the design from Sennheiser PC-series.

FYI,iPod is 1 of the best prtable DAC around for the exception of nano...SQ is dependant on a few things,so to get the best out of an iPod,best is to use high bitrate tracks or loseless,and a nice headphone maybe an amp too.that depends on how much you are willing to spend for listening enjoyment.

and yea,the new classic is disappointing

thats y i said.. i'll just tell myself that ipod is lousy and cant produce good sound.. .. so then i will not invest so much on a good earphone.. (imagine a proton saga having original ferarri wheels, thats wat i meant) haha... i need something usable and durable.. the thing with razer is that, if the earphone spoils, i'll just send it over to hongkong and i'll get a new one.. if its sennheiser, i wont know where or who to go to if something goes wrong with the earphones...

barracuda? piranha? not for me with those blue lights

happy enough with my steelsound 4H for games...yet to find a perfect one that goes well both with games and music.

Hence having one for games and one for music.
