i don think 4k DPI mouse is enough to pwn ppl... and 4k DPI mouse to pwn noobs is overkill... sweat.gif

and everdying... Lachesis shape is somewat similar to Deathadder juz tat DA is fatter... and i can tell tat Lachesis is built to fix all the buggy body problems wif Copperhead... cuz no more double clicks(at least for my unit)... no more accidental pressing the side buttons and it feels slightly heavier... and more solid... the only drawback is i still not really used to it cuz been using CH for 1 year d... and if u look properly the shape of the right and left click on Lachesis is same wif CH... the diff is the base and the side... Lachesis got slimmer middle part but bigger base... and it's got smaller backside... i can't find a proper way to hold it yet... same issue i got when i 1st got CH... and the right side buttons are used to change profile... unlike the CH... tat's y it hangs for a while when I pressed... doh.gif don worry... the buttons have to be pressed pretty hard so u won accidentally press it... somewat feels smoother 2... and it doesn't get warm... hmm.gif and there's another thing... at 2000dpi it sometimes "dislocates"... i'm sure Razer will fix tat wif their next firmware... and the lights can be turned off in the Razer configurator... and the 3G sensor got no visible lights which i can see in my old CH... and lastly 4000dpi is somewat not much diff from 2000dpi but can feel the diff although not tat much...

There's another thing i gotta admit... like most other razer mouse... this mouse is not for those wif big hands and or long fingers... for comfort all the way... get Microsoft Intelli Explorer 3... or Logitech G7/MX-518... don even consider Razer... sweat.gif for performance all the way... go for Microsoft sidewinder or logitech G9... Razer is stuck in between them all...

also you can disable any of the buttons in the driver config, like on my CH both right side buttons are disabled, same with my DB.

and comfort? dunno on that...im not a big fan of comfort when it comes to gaming tongue.gif
i rather have a mouse that fits my style of gaming...which is more towards fingertip control...so a slightly smaller and symmetrical mouse does the trick better.
my hand fits nicely on a logitech MX5** etc...but my accuracy suffers a little...

Lachesis primary and secondary click is feels similar to Deathadder & CH... it's the curve at the buttons... i dunno it's my finger or wat... i didn't believe it myself either... and yeah... Boomslang looks like Lachesis without the rubber coat... sweat.gif

I actually used the side buttons for CH for proning or throwing grenades depending on games... cuz of my long fingers... my thumb reach sightly further at the edge of the buttons... so it's impossible for me to press them accidentally... and becuz of my "firm" grip during fast paced FPS like UT or Quake I hardly have any double click issue... in fact i think i got saved by it... laugh.gif

haha... u got the same prob wif me dude... i used my bro's Gigabyte GM-R03 a pretty big and very comfy cheap 1600dpi laser mouse... only usable in RTS games... sweat.gif
