Imo, sometimes it depends what height/space of yer table ur using it on.. i see most of ppl has limited space for their mouse & mousepad, like juz "ngam-ngam" yer wrist space only touches the table... err... hope u peeps understand what im saying here... *paiseh*

I'm using just the mat. The exactrest, I put it by the side, to hold my handphone, keys, wallet, etc. so that they won't get scratched or fall when I accidentally hit my table. One thing it's good at, is it's high friction to hold thing where it rest. The mat is really useless to me. My wooden table just performed better. My other table, design table with smooth surface is even better. The exactmat is...sigh...really a waste. I think when I'm finally comfortable with my Boomslang CE, I'll sell my Deathadder with free exactmat and exactrest.

Razer was in full effect at this years CES show and I was lucky enough to have been shown a totally new concept in PC audio. This new design is known as the Razer Mako (after the Mako shark) and is basically a 100 watt subwoofer with two self amplified satellite speakers. One of the many features that makes this product unique is that the sound is downward firing (as opposed to pointing right at you). The demo was setup on a glass top desk and the speakers were turned all the way up. The bass was thundering and the mid to high range frequencies sounded crystal clear to me. Because the sound is downward firing, imaging is almost made moot. If you ever have a chance to listen to these speakers on a highly reflective desktop surface you will be impressed. Also noteworthy is that no matter how loud you try to crank them up, the amplifier built in will self regulate the volume so you dont wind up killing your new investment.
