You port out with Maxis letter, Unifi can't reject you to port out even they don't counter offer you. Go appeal.

Go back to tmpoint to complaint. My bro in law request to SWU only but given with IPTV too. When complaint to tmpoint, the staff trying to defend by saying that no such SWU but after bang table n requested to see their branch manager then only settled.

Somehow it's mistake done by counter for my bro in law by selecting wrong package instead SWU.

Anything under contract, you have to pay penalty first. Then only can port out. Why you want to switch?

Just upgrade to 800mbps package. What is the WIFI maximum speed can go for Fiberhome SR1041F? or where can we check specification of this router? Wonder is it better than TP Linke Archer AX10?

I interest to know too because for Fiberhome Router SR1041F and wanna link to TPLink AX10. Yet try using wps to link. Diff brand can't? Wonder too....
