I have been using unifi for more than 5 years. My unifi package is 500mbps turbo upgrade. I'm experiencing low Internet speed of 40mbps with 2.4ghz and 200mbps for 5ghz.
TM technician came and changed a loose connector on the TM cable connected from the box outside my house pillar to modem and charge me RM60 but it didn't solve the issue.
Live chat TM and they have reset the port but same result.
Router is TP-Link AC1200; modem is Huawei Echolife HG8240H. Area is residential Kepong Baru.
They are sending technician again tomorrow.
What is the lowest acceptable speed for my package?

isn't there anything else that is more immediately helpful than just "replace router"? anything to do with the existing hardware? impossible for a crappy ISP-supplied router to not even be able to achieve decent speed if even just to do sanity speed test. technician is already coming kut... no time to get replacement router.

not everyone can afford to get it replaced immediately. and not everyone have luxury of time to sit on crappy speed before able to "replace router".

Hi, my android tv is getting very low WiFi speed after my unifi upgraded to 300mbps with the new WiFi router provided by TM. However, I can get good speed if I switched back to old tm router.

Whtas wrong with the new tm WiFi 6 router?
I have tried to hard reset router and tv too.

incoming UNIFI packages are becoming clearer.
free upgrades are as follows.
30mbps to 100mbps
100mbps and 300mbps to 500mbps
500mbps to 1gbps
800mbps to 2gbps
special package 30mbp/rm69 for b40 and special categories.

Does anyone know if the DPN-FX3060V fibre modem that TM supplies supports LACP-IEEE 802.3ad (LAN Aggregation)?

Using an Asus GT-AX11000 in my setup. Can get over 2Gbps in the dlink app testing the modem but cannot get link aggregation to work.

I have been try to make it work but cannot, also have double NAT problem now so my plex server won't work properly.

Any suggestions or help greatly appreciated.

hi guys, 1 room in my house can't get internet. If get the mesh from unifi need to go back under contract.

WTA is it ok I just buy the mesh from Lazada? If yes then which brand should I get that can solve the 1 room cannot get internet problem?

my router is the black tp link from tm. Im very bad at I.T stuff so I won't be doing any configuration, just need a good brand that is plug and play?

Anyone can help me with configuring Fiberhome SR1041Y router (Hardware Version:SR1041Y_R1A, Firmware Version:RP0102)? I factory reset the router because suddenly all devices cannot access the default gateway of the router, and internet goes down too.

When I use the Ping Diagnostic tool in the router interface, I successfully ping google.com with no problem. But on my pc, when i connected using cable or wifi, it just says no internet. I think my unifi pppoe id and password are correct, because I got them from customer service. Also, the internet light on the router is lit after i insert the id and password. I got redirected to walledgarden.tm, I followed up with customer service again, but cs told me there is nothing wrong with the account (account is active and no suspended)...

The technician will only come on Monday afternoon. The 4G reception for the carrier Im using is very poor in my room...  I need internet to do some works. Is there any configuration which I have missed?

Can somebody explain why you guys need 800mbps?
