you got transfer id but you need sendiri pergi tm point branch also to submit. they will not counter offer u unless you do so

contract renew for 24months , pay 18months only...

no need go to TM point ... all thru phone call

no more contract , can just get the so-called SWU 3.0 package.... average RM80+ for 24months is the best package now for 300Mbps

not fully utilized but sometimes i need it fast especially when downloading ps5 games digitally.

go approach any Maxis Fibre agent . ask for transfer from TM Unifi to Maxis . They will give transfer ID once submit an application for u.

wait for TM to call u within 24hours . they will counter offer u with an attractive monthly fee...

dont need to go TM point

I'm happy with my current package that cheaper than swu 3.0

For 500 mbps swu price kinda steep for me

how much ur current price and SWU price ?

BTW, anyone noticed IQIYI loading very slowly with Unifi? Another is reddit but I stopped using Reddit liao. Previously with Maxis no loading problem with IQIYI.

it will only transfer to Maxis , after u go to TM point to do thumbprint verification and confirm move on to Maxis.

if u do not do that , the transfer order will auto close after 10 days....

Try disabling IPv6 on the router side and retest. I don't get good performance with Unifi's IPv6, so I'm sticking with IPv4.

The technician came with 3 devices, told them no need to install, they just restart the modem and speedtest, that's about it.

oh . can choose not to use new ONU .... if like that , i also tell them the same thing .. my current TP link Mesh wifi serve me well ... dont want to re-setup all my stuff...

u can call back the same number and tell them ur received a misscall ...they can check back
