Guys, any chance to bargain for price reduction if my package still under contract? Mine 300mbps 199/month, but my friend recent subscription same speed only 159/month, this is not fair.

even test with my wife ipad air m1 chip also get 300 + mbps..super confused  man

Yes I'm aware of that. But the cost is still very expensive. And the DP is just for me only.

They just can ignore me and give reasons like to far from nearest DP or my house is on top of the hill, difficult to tarik cable or something like that.

Can anyone recommend an agent to port to maxis to take advantage of the 129 300mbps offer with 6 months free since official maxis centers do not offer this free 6 months, just in case  unifi doesn't counter?

I want to stay with Unifi. Can the agent give me Maxis transfer ID?

Would like to ask why does my Wifi have some weird lag few seconds every once in a while, this end up the page loading to be blank?

Currently using Wifi 6, and upgraded 300mbps and Zyxel Router (provided by TM)

Should I don't use Wifi 6? Previously no such issues like this

Just got my unifi renewed renewed for 300mbps at 129 per month with 6 months free.... I didn't get a transfer ID yet but walked in and politely explain to the lady that I've been getting calls from maxis agents... She asked me what is the offer and said the above and she said they will price match... All done... All benefits accrue including unifi TV and free calls

Note: maxis has changed their migration package from 129 to 149 for 300mbps now... 6 months free remains..... So, if members want to benefit, better go to unifi early before they get wind of this

The UnifiTV package should be removed. But you still have access with your previous ID for the free channels, and the 20-second previews.

Similarly, the phone line still works, but now you will have to pay for calls...

I can confirm with you that once removed unifitv package, you can't use previous ID to login. If want to watch local TV you can create new ID to watch thru mobile.

For SWU 2.0, did you really get FOC for the first 6 months? Meaning no need to pay anything for those months? Or FOC means 'free' 500Mbps for 6 months?

TM is always a blood sucker. wait for enough water fish to subscribe 1gbps and 2gbps before making announcement of free upgrades.
expect free upgrades as follows.
800mbps to 2gbps
500mbps to 1gbps
300mbps to 500mbps
100mbps to 200mbps
30mbps to  100mbps

Well,

I went to TMpoint Kuching today and enquire on the SWU 3.0 300Mbps for RM119.mth and I mistakenly asked for 500Mbps which cost RM189/mth but still eyeing on the 300Mbps RM119/mth since more value.

I could say that was not eligible since my contract is still new and started in May and could only try again if plan to go for SWU 3.0 300Mbps. Staff said at least 6 months or 7 months then chances might be easier to apply.

SWU 2.0 300Mbps (RM129), current package
- Had my phone line call planned moved over
- New Wifi6 router
- 24 months contract

SWU 3.0 300Mbps (RM119)
- 1 year speed upgrade to 500Mbps (Existing customer only)
- Phone line call plan could not be carried over
- no new router
- 24 months contract

However, should be fine la since 300Mbps is sufficient but the 100Mbps upload on the 500Mbps is a nice sweet spot but maybe not too intense to host servers haha. Guess wait for MSAP announcement in September and maybe speed upgrades with my current price, which i think is fine tbh.

It's possible but then it depends how far are you in your promo contract. For my case, staff told me to try again around October or November since I applied for SWU 2.0 in May last year

Before this I subscribe to Unifi 300Mbps Loyalty plan with Free Deco M4 (RM159/month), (February 2021 until February 2023)
then downgrade to 50Mbps Super Value plan (RM99/month) in February 2023 (Still in contract until February 2025)
And now I upgrade to 300Mbps SWU 3.0 (RM119/month).
