My review (taste is subjective, what is good for me might not be good for you):

1. Bankara Ramen: Oily, but doesn't taste as good as others in the list. 5/10
2. Ramen Bar Shi Shi Do: One of the best ramen restaurant in PJ, their main branch at The School, Jaya One which is next door, offer more variety of ramen. 9/10
3. Bari-Uma Ramen: Tried once, never thought of going back for more. 6/10
4. Menya Mushashi: The only outlet inside Isetan 1 Utama, which is going for closure soon, please go and try this one first! 7/10
5. Ippudo: Chain ramen restaurant, taste not as good as others. 5/10
6. Chiba Ramen: The address on the FB page is wrong, it's actually at Taman Cheras, provides affordable ramen for customers. 7/10
7. Torazou Ramen: I like the squid ink ramen, one of a kind ramen restaurant. 7/10
8. Super Ramen: More to fusion ramen than traditional, taste is so so for me, some may like it, but not me. 6/10
9. Menya Hanabi: Famous for maze-soba actually, I think only they serve this kind of food in klang valley, ramen I've not tried before.
10. Hokkaido Raman Santouka: Pork cheek ramen is good. 8/10

I wonder why they never open one in Malaysia?

So far the ramen style that I cant find in Msia is the one I had in Sydney call Gumshara. The broth is really really thick type

Ya that too. Too watery, yet salty broth. The noodle also so-so only.

Haha went ichiran just for experience only. Those hidden stall and non franchise is better obviously.

Ichiran got pork free ramen (beef), plus people just love the service there

Me can eat oink2 but some of my friends cant, so mengalah je la

Kanbe, if u want variety and good soup. their noodles and soup cook to perfection

Ichikakuya, This is standard tonkotsu ramen. they have good pork broth, and with thich and thin noodle to select. pretty good noodles. and also good soup

Menya Shishido, now ramen bar shishido. classic is very good. but their creative variety like 2 mix soup or 3 mix. is good combo too

Bankara, I only go for their specialty, the pork slice and sesame pork broth. among every ramen, Bankara is the most expensive. One bowl for RM 50

but i know a lot of people like to brag how many times they ate ichiran
and when ask what about other store...they keep saying ichiran the best  
if muslim i understand, there are halal ichiran in japan
but these are chinese i'm referring to....moreover all of them are girls

Same with Samsung ppl what , Samsung the best when ask what other brand got use diam je and yet they claim Samsung the best lol

next time i will try the ramen sold in cart by old man in japan

that is if u want cheap
if u want good, u need to find those legendary store and pay like RM40/bowl

Kanbe is ahit and miss depend on what u order , first time go want go back,  second time go kena land mine don't want go back dy.

those u mentioned in SG , i can give 6/10 nia , Max 7/10 , ahaha cause those pork taste weird    , compare to Japan pork
