is interest earned from KDI Save/Rize taxable?

Quickly glance through this thread after been diverted from FD thread, then read in detail in Kenanga Save webpage.. so this is purely investment products right since it it's not covered by PIDM.  Even though guaranteed 4.0PA for first 50k (with *TnC apply ya).... Then I read through PDS, 1 of the point..
All investments come with risks and KDI Save is subject to investment risks, including the possible loss of the principal amount invested.  For example, given that the underlying investments for KDI Save include money market and fixed income instruments, there are credit/default risks and interest rate risks.
So, my question is, is this KDI poses risk?

a word of caution though for those who plan to put TNG for easy liquidity. A friend's phone got hacked , suddenly screen was blacked out, and when she restarted, money in TNG has been transferred out. So just be careful lah.

Hi all, will KDI save ever implement instant withdrawals / transfer in the near future ? I don't get why the don't have this convenient option.
