i'm not trying to help anyone here but to be honest..

i've personally seen handphone damaged by sweat..extremely clammy hands can cause the phone to have crystalization inside surprisingly..

and though a buyer must keep his good intentions and reputation i hate the phrase that customer is always right...i think i'm thinking this way cuz of all the marketing subjects i'm taking..customers are not always right..

i hope this problem can be resolved asap and by reading thru all 9 pages though there were prior cases of disputes horoscopic has been answering each and everyone of your allegations..so let us not get heated up and try to help out both bububang and horoscopic...tell me who wants to be in a win-lose situation...

shud i just refund to him RM1300.. since the phone has been in his hand for 2weeks, i will never know what had happened..

will horoscopic put up another twist by saying bububang damaged the phone in that 2 weeks if bububang nv go with and check the phone with him?

check the phone togather first, then we know who is the real liar here.. who knows, mayb its bububang playing all of us.. another nice twist..

the way he replied TS only strengthens the truth about seller....

my opinion is both go to the center....if problem caused by seller,seller can refund on the spot...if the problem caused by buyer,seller no need to pay anything....as u said if u send it urself what might happen to the phone we wont know....

The way you replied the message shows that you're not sincere.
You don't threaten ppl after agreeing on refund.
If you do not want to refund since TS/bubu never asked for one; you can alway accompany him to SIS and confirm.
Why SIS and not other shops is because SIS is the authorised and reputable company dealing with HTC.
Again, you don't give refund and later come out with stories that you've checked and found that it's bubu's fault.
So pls want to settle, either refund him full or go to with him to SIS to confirm the case.

But seriously judging from the replies and all, a lot had found you guilty because you do not attend to bubu's complaints and request within this 2 weeks. Even the first day you already brushed him off. Ok you claimed that you do not know that N95 cannot sync, and you've lost the cable thus never gave bubu the cable, but previously; what cable you used than?! See your first fault!

Apparently that's why we trust bubu's comment and replies more than yours as yours has more doubts and lies. Also like I mentioned countless times, it's your attitude too!

it is very nice of horoscopic to agree for a refund altho it might sound a bit threatening. But i guess he is also quite fed up dy..everyone calm down and c wat is the ending. Now, only either seller or buyer knows the truth how is the phone defected by water. We cant judge by just saying customer is always right all the time..just my 2 cents

ryozoemiko, if you study the whole incident; you'll noticed that bubu aka the buyer had already complained that there's something wrong with the phone the first day, some more with proofs.
And following days he PMed about more problems.
Also, the TS also joined other threads to try to solve the PDA problems because the seller had unheeded TS's PM. Later being advise by other forumers in PDA thread to refer back to SIS. Thus only found out that the problem lies with some "water" marks.
Read through and you'll find that TS's words are more convincing. And also his efforts in trying to the problems because being ignored by horo/buyer. Only after being informed by SIS that it needs RM1k to fix only he opened up this dispute case.

If for instance, the buyer aka bubu had dropped it in the water or so, he wouldn't be asking the question about the problems in other thread.
For me, I would straight away open a dispute topic instead of wasting my time in other thread asking for solutions on the problem at hands.
