The way you replied the message shows that you're not sincere.
You don't threaten ppl after agreeing on refund.
If you do not want to refund since TS/bubu never asked for one; you can alway accompany him to SIS and confirm.
Why SIS and not other shops is because SIS is the authorised and reputable company dealing with HTC.
Again, you don't give refund and later come out with stories that you've checked and found that it's bubu's fault.
So pls want to settle, either refund him full or go to with him to SIS to confirm the case.
But seriously judging from the replies and all, a lot had found you guilty because you do not attend to bubu's complaints and request within this 2 weeks. Even the first day you already brushed him off. Ok you claimed that you do not know that N95 cannot sync, and you've lost the cable thus never gave bubu the cable, but previously; what cable you used than?! See your first fault!
Apparently that's why we trust bubu's comment and replies more than yours as yours has more doubts and lies. Also like I mentioned countless times, it's your attitude too!
