u avoided TS's question on why the USB Sync cant function and tell him need to use Bluetooth instead, so u do know something was wrong with the USB sync? TS asked u on the same day right after he got the phone,rite? so the USB sync wasn't functioning since day 1 the TS got the phone, no?

and there's enough declaration that the N95 cable do indeed work with 838 pro, so from day 1 the 838 pro that u sold failed to sync, that shows that the USB syncing is not working since the day TS got it, no?
did i say u conned TS or u know it wasnt functioning?
u started cursing and scolding everyone that question u, and that somehow make yourself looked more suspicious..
the more i think of it, the more i feel suspicious on why the USB cable wasn't provided. only u know whether it's on purpose or u really did lost it..

there will be stains even after u dry out, so unless u disassemble, then only possible to clean the stains... but once u open up the housing, means void of waranty.. so either way, it means no more warranty from SiS

the USB sync is not working since day 1, and i believe the TS told u that on the same day.. furthurmore, u cant tell if the USB sync is working when u COD.. so, no responsibility needed for that? whistling.gif
another thing i dont understand is why u keep stressing COD, TS checked condition ok.. are u trying to hint that after COD, any other fault that buyer found with the set is none of your business, although u promised "98% good condition" to the buyer?

u told him cant use cause u din give him cable, but TS do have his own cable right? he wouldn't ask u bout that if he didnt try with his own cable, which is nothing more than just a simple mini USB cable, and should be just the same as the original cable..
so the root cause for that is not on the cable.. u're just steering TS away from the problem, and ask him to use BT instead..
your way of "solving" the problem doesn't seems to be convincing.. more like avoiding..

it's a 2nd hand unit that horoscopic AKA Alvin Noel A/L Richa bought from zaidi..
so zaidi is the 1st owner, then horoscopic, then now TS..

okay you may say that there is no such thing as giving back a refund after two weeks.

BUT, do you know what is AFTERSALES SERVICE?

in case you dont know..let me tell you what is it...it is the kind of service that you give the customer after he buoght your product... it doesnt matter whether there is warranty or not...

you know why canon is so popular? their after sales service is so good that one of the forumers here, dropped his camera and broke the lcd. All he had to do was to bring back to canon service center, have a few words with the person in charge, and poof..they repaired it for FREE... was it under warranty? NO!! could they just refuse to repair for him? YES!! but did they do that? NO!!!

Base on what i see as a forumer here to judge this situation, you replied rudely, using voulgar words and most of all, exclamation mark in 80% of your posts. This states that you dont wanna settle this the peaceful way but to just make everything seem like it has got nothing to do with you. you make me sick!!

read the other 2 threads created about him earlier HERE and HERE, and u'll know what kinda seller he is.. even said the F word to his customer's face when the customer wanna test the camera, and take his photo.. u know the intention of him selling here is just to clear his hand off something he dont want, and get cash, anything after he got the cash is none of his business already..

what if SiS couldnt tell u when exactly did the water got in?
i'm skeptical about SiS being able to identify the time frame of the set kena water..
i'm sure everyone is interested to know how u will handle this case..
