FooH - Dun live in their hostel cos you from KL?

nope i m not from KL ,i dont live in hostel because its expensive and its sharing ( i want privacy ) .

Speaking of privacy, is it safe to have a laptop in UCSI? How about the security at the hostel, do things gets missing?

The previous hostel I stay, things NEVER get missing even if not locked!

Not sure bout this , but i think you should lock to b safe . The international students (if ur concerned)wont steal as i know most of them have more canggih 1 themselves. But other ppl steal i m not sure then .

hmmm i think it should be safe if you staying at hostels with notebook, depends on u are male or female. becoz our UCSI has separate them, female has priority living upstairs which our boys cannot go up, I'm not sure if got permission by somebody. hmmm if u wanna bring ur notebook around UCSI area, i think it should be safe, it's depends how u take care ur notebook. when u get familiar with that place, you will know wat to do sometimes. also, for example u inside the class, u can juz left ur notebook ther and ask ur classmate or friends help take care of it then u can relax go toilet or anywher but dun too long juz in case everybody not inside the class then it MAY get stole.

hmmm btw, u are local, right? hmmm as wat is in my mind is that, you live in hostel for 1 semester. within this whole semester, u try get familiar with every part of UCSI area also outside. after that u can find condos / houses through ur frenz recommendation. this is wat my fren doing this semester, she is new student she juz commence her studies at UCSI in this semester, now she living hostel and she planned next semester she wanna rent a single room / condos (with others people).

put 5 apples in fridge..

where do the collage sent the B.A. (Hons.) - Accounting & Finance to do their practical?

any1 going for the A-lvls July intake ?? Should i wear erm casual (t shirt + jeans) or formal (long sleeve + slacks) during registration.?...kinda blur about what to do on the first day

erm...there got dobi..so u send ur clothes there lo...or u can wash urself in the toilet but no place for u to hang clothes..

got a pantry which includes fridge and microwave and hot water..no kitchen...

owh..and i thought finally got some1 i knew beforehand there sigh.

owh dobi sure makes everything easier. aiya.. i thought there's a clothesline at the balcony or smth like that. nvm.

so no need to bring own water heater..

i actually have lots to ask but i'll try to simplify things .err

1) is there any atm machine in the campus? with Meps .
2) anything which we're nt supposed to bring in? like in my previous place, we're nt allowed to bring irons..
3) do we have coco activities and stuffs like that? like the compulsory ones.

got a lot of things cannot bring but nobody care....until u cause the fuse to blow up then u kena lor...
