SKIM milk has only 83 calories.

Low fat is 102 calories.

per how many ML?

the protein sachet needs about 350ML of water. So if it's 83 calories per 100ML.

350ML is easily 290 calories + protein about 150 calories?

So the total is easily 440 calories. At that point, just buy a breakfast burger from McD. xD

I have been taking proten shake from ON. Double chocolate mixed with water, then add ice cubes. Quite nice and no stomach pain issue also.

So far so good!

Double Chocolate tastes like plain chocolate to me but their best flavor which i had tried so far were Extreme Milk Choc and Mocha Cappucino

I just calculated. Adding soy milk or any milk itself will only make the protein shake more or less 300-350 calories. Which is like super a lot. I guess I will just have to chug them with water.

I been drinking HL milk for about one or two year and really cant go wrong with that brand plus even better for lactose intolerance and good protein macros

Without proper training all the protein you take is just extra calorie. I wished if we could bulk up by just drinking proteinĀ  innocent.gif

Pretty wrong misconception of saying without proper training all the protein u took just extra calorie because at the end of day its how much calories and macros u need to hit

Its all about proper nutrition and knowing what u eat

Also u can easily drinking protein nowdays unless u wouldnt care about those taste anymore

Recently started this brand of protein shake. Mainly because i don't want to eat during breakfast before i go to work and figure that i should try protein shake and see.

but they taste...weird? oddly salty??? how do i make them taste better? can putting almond milk instead of water be better???

You can add a bit of honey to the mix as honey is a natural sweetener.

Any reason why Oat is not in the menu? To me it can replace breakfast and last for a while, and if you feel its too blant can try add something else like Milk, Milo etc.

Usually I just add hot water, occasionally some milk powder from Omega Plus

Oat is high in protein too and it is filling for breakfast replacement, if you need more you may add some milk powder of your choice.

Chocolate protein powder, 100ml milk, water and a frozen banana (the frozen banana helps a lot).
